1. Registration guidelines
- Click on the “REGISTER NOW” button, then you will redirected to the Registration form as shown below
- Fill the form and click “Submit” to register

Payment Procedure
- After registration, an invoice will be emailed to the participants.
- Participants can make the payment via ATM/Teller/m-Banking/e-Banking. The exact amount stated on the invoice can be transferred to our institutional bank account as follow:

- For the payment confirmation, participants should send the confirmation receipt to icavess@ugm.ac.id.
- Verification of the payment will be made within 1-2 workdays.
3. Facilities
All of the registered participants in The 2nd ICAVESS will receive:
- Program Book (will be available online)
- E-Certificate of attendance for presenters and non-presenter participants (please be sure to write your name correctly when registering for the certificate purposes)
