*) All invited AAVS members that are enrolled as non-presenter participants will not be charged (free).
 

Payment Procedure

  1. After registration (for non-presenter participant) and after paper acceptance (for presenter), an invoice will be emailed to the participants.
  2. Participants can make the payment via ATM/Teller/m-Banking/e-Banking. The exact amount stated on the invoice can be transferred to our institutional bank account as follow:

  3. For the payment confirmation, participants should login into the respective ePaper Management account, fill the payment confirmation form (for the details tutorial: http://ugm.id/ICAVESSPaymentConfirmationGuidelines ) and upload the payment receipt.
    Alternatively, participants may send the confirmation receipt to icavess@ugm.ac.id.
  4. Verification of the payment will be made within 1-2 workdays.

3.      Facilities

All of the registered participants in The 2nd ICAVESS will receive:

  • Program Book (will be available online)
  • E-Certificate of attendance for presenters and non-presenter participants (please         be sure to write your name correctly when registering for the certificate purposes)

4.      Publications

  • The proceeding will be published in IOP Conference (Proceeding indexed by Scopus)
  • Selected papers will be published in International Journal, indexed by Scopus (Journal of Veterinary Science and Indonesian Journal of Biotechnology).
